Corvettes for Sale: One-Owner 1969 Corvette with 11K Original Miles

One look at this 1969 Corvette convertible, and you can see why the original owner wanted to keep this Stingray in his collection for so many years.

Many folks believe the ’69 is one of the most beautiful Corvettes ever made, and we wouldn’t argue with that assessment when it comes to this one.

You could become the second owner of this Can Am White convertible, which looks great with its contrasting black vinyl hardtop.

MBP Motorcars in Marysville, Ohio says this Stingray had just one owner through December 2016 and they’re currently asking $45,900 or best offer.

The car has covered just 11,070 miles in its 50-year existence after leaving the St. Louis factory loaded with 21 options, including 4-season air conditioning ($428.70), Turbo Hydra-Matic automatic transmission ($221.80), side-mounted exhaust ($147.45), power steering ($105.35) / windows ($63.20) / brakes ($42.15), tilt-telescopic steering wheel ($84.30), AM/FM pushbutton radio with stereo (total of $278.10), auxiliary hardtop ($252.80) with black vinyl roof cover ($57.95), and black leather trim ($79).

Based on the extensive photos with the listing, the condition of this matching-numbers car appears to live up to its low-mileage history, inside and out.

The new owner will also receive lots of documentation, including the original window sticker, Protect-O-Plate, warranty book, owner’s manual, owner’s envelope, radio instructions, battery warranty, wheel ring instructions, and headlamp washing instructions.

So for about the cost of a low-mileage C7, you could have this very nice C3. Which would you rather have today?

  1. AS MUCH AS I LIKE THE LATER GENERATION OF CORVETTES I WOULD RATHER HAVE THIS ’69, THE ONLY CHANGE I WOULD MAKE IS TO REPLACE THE PO1 WHEEL COVERS WITH CENTER CAPS AND TRIM RINGS, AT LEAST IT DOESN’T HAVE A LUGGAGE RACK TOO.

  2. Well in 1971 at least in Canada auto or stick they had the same pricing! ( either or or)

  3. Had a ’72 coupe w/454, 4-speed in steel cities gray with black interior. Car was beautiful with a high gloss wax job and shiny chrome hub caps like the one pictured here. Had all the options except…power steering. Wife couldn’t manage to maneuver into parking space or garage, so we sold and bought new ’74 coupe. On our 4th vette since then (C7) and wouldn’t want to go back to old technology. Loved the ’72 styling with chrome bumpers front and rear, but she required continuous maintenance to keep her on the road. MAJOR engine cooling issues in that design.
