[VIDEO] 2020 Corvette: Track Testing


Of all the videos that Chevrolet has put out on the new 2020 Corvette, I am declaring this to be one of our favorites.

It’s titled “2020 Corvette | Track Testing” and it features a behind-the-scenes look at the Corvette’s Ride and Handling Team with Alex MacDonald, Mike Petrucci, and others as they describe both the first and last drives in the all-new 2020 Corvette Stingray.

Alex talks about how the first drive wasn’t all that inspiring and realizing they had a lot to work to do:

Track testing really is the essence of what drives our team to achieve things we haven’t in the past. If you have a deep relationship with the car that you’ve developed on the race track where you’ve pushed it to and beyond its limits, you find that it opens up this whole window of your brain where you can feel things happening in the car that you would never notice before.

  1. The car appears to be amazing in looks and performance! I can’t wait to try one for myself.

  2. Has nobody looked at the position of the cup holder and once a cup is in there there is no access to the drive controller and limited access to the 20 buttons on the center that separates the driver from the passenger?
