2020 Corvette Stingray Configurator and Order Guide Is Now Up

On Thursday evening, Chevrolet amazed us with the reveal of the all-new Corvette Stingray for 2020. It’s the first of its kind for the Corvette model and there is so much more to learn about the car and how to customize the options.

The easiest way to get your head around all this new content is to head over to Chevrolet’s official 2020 Corvette Stingray Configurator and build your own dream car. Just remember that the configurator only builds the car, it doesn’t yet present pricing for the additional options and accessories.

In addition, the official 2020 Corvette Stingray Order Guide is now available for download.

Here are some of the highlights from the Configurator:

Exterior Options

The exterior options are many on the new Corvette with 12 different exterior colors to choose from, along with a combination of three different roofs, Body Color, visible Carbon Fiber and Transparent. You’ll be able to see how you can customize your Stingray with exterior accents in Carbon Flash, Shadow Gray or a Body Color. There is also a high-wing spoiler option, visible Carbon Fiber ground effects and the ability to customize the engine’s appearance.

Three full-length stripe packages are offered in Midnight, Carbon Flash and Sterling Silver and three Fender Hash Marks are available in Carbon Flash/Edge Red, Edge Red/Carbon Flash and Midnight Silver/Carbon Flash.

Six different wheels are offered along with four caliper colors. We finally see the first example of the darker Edge Red calipers as well.

  1. They did such an awesome job uploading Zerv02’s & Chazcron’s C8 rendering files…lol! If you two had a hand in creating this product, WELL DONE!

In all seriousness, this configurator is pretty awesome. Yes, I’ll admit to opening it DURING the livestream (you all know you were doing it too!); on Thursday evening, I felt like Ralphie staring in awe at the new window toy display at the beginning of A Christmas Story!

Considering the high visitor volume, it works really well. It will be neat when they make this the standard and add pricing and such. We have a neighbor who is a salesman at a local Chevy dealership (unfortunately, they aren’t selling Corvettes yet) who tells me that they are understanding that package pricing will be relatively online with the C7, with the Z51 packaged C8 coming in around $68k, but they can’t confirm this for obvious reasons…

  2. Wish they would have based it more on the C6. C7 is too cut up and sharp for my personal taste. Impressive car either way.

  3. This is the ugliest and I’m sure the most expensive Corvette ever. The 2019’s were close to 100 grand! C’mon! If I had that much to drop on a vehicle it would probably be a Porche! Rear engine? What about America does that say? I say this new Vette is trash!

  4. wow kevin. can not afford one? butthurt? best sports car in the world for the money. and the 2020 is a ball buster. pass by the dealer, sit in one, and wet your pants. and WISH you had one.

  5. Never a good idea to buy the first year of any model..Phillip latapie lighten up Keven is right too….cost aside….their is un American characteristics here….mid engine……

  6. Love this car about time to move on to compete with other super cars un- american I do not think so, we are innovators and the C-7 pushed front engine car to the limit. My C6 is gone.
