Corvette Delivery Dispatch with National Corvette Seller Mike Furman for Week of July 26th

Each week, Criswell Chevrolet’s Mike Furman delivers new Corvette Stingrays and Z06s to his customers who come from all parts of the country to work with the nation’s top Corvette seller.

This week, Mike shares some sad news with the passing of young Corvette fan from Leukemia. Over 20 deliveries are shared this week and the truckloads of Corvettes (five this week alone) continue to arrive.

This past week was very busy with Corvette deliveries all over the Country…but the Sad news I received is far more important. A couple weeks ago I was contacted by the Make a Wish Foundation as a 16 yr old boy wanted to take a ride in a new Stingray. I had volunteered to drive up in my Z06 for a ride and had gathered up some great Corvette items for him. He passed away last week of leukemia. Take advantage of your good health as that is paramount.

~Tim K of Pennsylvania Furnace, PA did the Buyers Tour at the Corvette Plant last week and he and his son had a blast.

~Chris W of Reno, NV Took Museum delivery of his loaded up Z06 Convt and drove it home in style.

~Carson S of Silver Spring, MD ordered a 2015 7spd manual Z06 just 6 months ago and then factory ordered a 2016 Auto trans Z06. Arctic White with Dark Gray interior and loaded.

~Andrew V of Orlando, FL factory ordered his new Stingray Z51 cpe to be drop shipped near him for a Courtesy delivery.

~Fred M of Oxon Hill, MD had spoke with me several years ago when he had his 2001 Corvette in Service. He called me this past week to make an appt to order what he was seeking. He came in wanting to order a stick shift non Z51 Convt and left yesterday in an 8spd Auto Z51 Cpe! He fell in love with this Arctic White and Red interior with the Transparent top with the Chrome wheels.

~Derrick and Arlene from Bowie, MD Factory ordered their new Laguna Blue Z06 Convt with 7spd manual trans and Black Z06 wheels. Yesterday Arlene drove it home.

~Cris D of Gainesville, GA factory ordered his 2016 Z06 Convt and yesterday he flew up to take her home. He was thrilled with the color combo and the carbon fiber exposed hood.

~Paul M of Vienna, VA came in yesterday to pick up his factory ordered ’16 Z06 in Shark Gray and Kalahari. He and his son were ready to roll at 8:30am upon their arrival.

~A few more that got delivered this week…

~Last month Bruce S of Silver Spring, MD picked up a ’15 Torch Red Z06 cpe but then read that I had this available 16 Convt Z06 inbound so he asked to see it when it arrived….so he traded in his 1 mos old Z06 for the new Convt Z06 in Shark Gray and then the next day I sold the Red 15 Z06 to Jorge B of Potomac, MD and Jorge traded in his 2015 Red Z51.

~Jorge B of Potomac, MD and his new Torch Red 15 Z06. He loved his Z51 but now he really loves his new to him Z06 with only 547 miles on the odometer.

~Tom A of Saxton, PA factory ordered his very first Corvette. He couldn’t wait to drive his new Z51 and I don’t blame him.

~David D of Walkersville, MD factory ordered his Laguna Blue Convt and its his very first Corvette.

~5 truckloads arrived this past week…

~Even Oliver Gavin of C7R Racing fame took delivery across the pond this past week of a new C7!

~I sold this 2012 Centennial Z06 Callaway brand new to a man in Kansas who then sold it to a guy in CT. Two weeks ago it garnered a very special award at a very big show in CT.
