Today we are very excited to announce a new addition to the CorvetteBlogger family of sponsors. Joining our list of new Chevrolet Corvette dealers is Purifoy Chevrolet in Fort Lupton, Colorado. Purifoy is a well-established family owned dealership and they are Corvette people too, just like us. Best of all, they offer the 2014 new Corvette Stingray at MSRP.

When Chevrolet first announced there would be a special Premiere Edition of the Corvette Stingray Coupe back in June 2013, no one was certain whether or not they would also be offering the special limited edition Stingray as a Convertible. But that didn’t stop interested parties from contacting dealers and saying “I want it”. Sure enough, once the Stingray Convertibles started production, Chevrolet announced that 550 Convertible Premiere Editions in Lime Rock Green would be produced.
Criswell Corvette’s Mike Furman got that call from Bob D. in Annapolis, MD about putting a deposit down on a Stingray Convertible Premiere Edition just after the Coupe was announced and this week he was able to take the Lime Rock Green Corvette Stingray home.

Mike Furman is one lucky guy.
Many kids at the age of 17 have no idea what they want to do with their lives. But Mike knew what he was going to do.
On July 26, 1978 he sold his first Corvette. A mere 420 months or 12,775 days have gone by since then and now he’s one of the top Corvette sellers in the Country. By the end of the year, Mike will have completed his 3,000th Corvette sale!

Tina Boyter says she fell in love with the shiny new 2013 Corvette as soon as she walked in the door at Red River Chevrolet in Bossier City, Louisiana.
All that remained to be worked out were the details.
Of course, those details were anything but ordinary.

Sometimes it pays to be No. 1.
Wilson Niblett Chevrolet, the biggest Corvette dealer in Canada, hosted its 12th annual Corvette Technical Session in Richmond Hill on Saturday.
And the guests of honor turned out to be some pretty big names in the Corvette world.

General Motors held a teleconference on Tuesday with Chevrolet dealers and their sales personnel to talk about the 2014 Corvette Stingray. Our sources tell us that dealership allocation will not be finalized until the second quarter of 2013, however, those dealers that are getting the Stingray are predetermined based on the volume of Corvette sales in 2012.
