Thanks to the generosity of an Idaho couple, the National Corvette Museum is now the proud owner of a virtually brand new 1988 35th Anniversary Corvette.

We’ve seen a few of these all-white cars through the years, and the beautiful white interior is usually the first thing to be ruined by everyday use.

But that’s definitely not the case with this 35th Anniversary Corvette donated by Rick and Deb Seymour last month to the NCM.

We Corvette enthusiasts often refer to our cars as our “children.” Just as with our real children, though, sometimes we have to let our Corvettes go so they can soar on their own.

That’s never been truer than in the case of a Texas couple who recently donated their 1978 25th Silver Anniversary Corvette and their 2003 50th Anniversary Corvette to the National Corvette Museum.

For this auction preview, we’ve handed the remote over to our friend Marshall Fancher of Vette-n-Vestments who gives a list of several Corvettes to watch.

[VIDEO] Time Lapse Restoration of the 1 Millionth Corvette

After the 1992 Corvette known as the 1 Millionth Corvette fell into the sinkhole inside the National Corvette Museum, many wondered if the special milestone car could be saved. But GM made a pledge to restore the car and after four months and 1,200 man hours, the 1 Millionth Corvette’s restoration has been completed and the car is back home inside the NCM’s Sky Dome once again.
