Chevrolet is in Germany this week for the 65th annual Frankfurt Motor Show (IAA 2013) and sitting under the large video Chevy Bowtie is the new 2014 Corvette Stingray Convertible and the 2014 Camaro Convertible.
Even though the C7s are currently being tested on German roads with Chevrolet Europe’s Technical Manager Patrick Herrmann’s #C7Experience leading the way, this is the first auto show in Germany for the new Corvette Stingray.
President Obama can’t resist the allure of the mighty Corvette ZR1 and took the opportunity to take a seat in the 638-hp Carbon Flash Centennial Edition during a visit to the Washington Auto Show on January 31, 2012. The Washington Auto Show is held at the Washington Convention Center and will run through Sunday, February 5th.

Each January all eyes on the automotive world focus on the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit. All the major carmakers roll out their latest creations and concepts for the world to see. This year General Motors created a whole new display to highlight their portfolio of products. We grabbed a couple of tickets to the ritzy charity preview event so we could check out all the good stuff before the show opened to the public.
Corvette Racing’s C6.R and a 2011 Supersonic Blue Corvette ZR1 are sharing the stage at the Paris Motor Show. Chevrolet is using the display to show visitors how technology gleaned from racing makes a better street car. Check out a couple pictures and the official press release highlighting the track to street technology transfer after the jump.
