Corvette Delivery Dispatch with National Corvette Seller Mike Furman for Feb. 10th

Each week, Criswell Chevrolet’s Mike Furman delivers new Corvette Stingrays, Grand Sports, Z06s and ZR1s to his customers who come from all parts of the country to work with the nation’s top individual Corvette seller.

The last few weeks have seen Mike featuring the deliveries of the new 755-hp Corvette ZR1 and that trend continues with two Black ZR1s sitting side by side ready for their new owners. Two friends ordered their Corvettes the same week in January and they came down from PA to take delivery of their new 2019s together. As always, Mike has another great round of throwbacks and vintage photos. He does read the comments so tell him which pic is your favorite!

If you were around in the late 1970s, you may remember how popular brown cars were back then. The color was especially popular on Cutlass Supreme Broughams, many with a landau top done in a complementary shade and, of course, those puffy pillow seat cushions that made you want to lie down and take a nap.

We’re not so sure, however, that it’s our favorite color on a 1978 Corvette, like this nice example currently for sale on bringatrailer.com out of Ashland, Virginia. Bidding ends in six days, and right now, it’s climbed to just $2,200.
