[PICS] 2020 Corvette's Two-Tone Blue Interior Now Has Two Different Headrest Colors

New for the 2020 Corvette Stingray is that Chevrolet is now offering three different seat designs for buyers as they strive to offer different levels of support and comfort. The GT1 seats are the standard seat versions while GT2 features a different headrest design and a bit more support. The third seat is the Competition Seat and while it’s similar to the design of the GT2 seats, they are much stiffer and are specifically designed for track enthusiasts who need really strong side bolsters to help keep them in place.

Corvette Racing is at Sebring this week conducting additional testing on the new mid-engine race cars. [SPIED] Trio of C8 Corvette Prototypes Equipped with Testing Gear

I came across this set of C8 Corvette prototypes on Instagram this morning. The post features six photos of these engineering cars that are most likely parked at yet another restaurant parking lot in an unknown location. In the past five to seven years, pastel grays have proliferated across car paint palettes industry-wide. These concrete hues, ranging from barely darker than white to nearly black, have carved out niche popularity in the sports and supercar markets because they look outstanding on everything.

By the end of its 12-year run, the C4 Corvette had made great strides in both performance and reliability.

To celebrate the end of this successful generation, Chevrolet came out with two special models for 1996 – the limited edition Grand Sport, with its iconic Admiral Blue exterior with white stripe, red hash marks and black wheels over either black or red/black interior, and the unlimited production Collector Edition, a beautiful shade of Sebring Silver on the outside with three choices of interior colors (red, black, and light gray).

NCM Insurance Makes it Easy to Update Your Classic and Collectible Corvette's Insurance Policy

For more years than I can remember now is about how long I’ve had my 1966 Corvette covered through a policy with the Corvette Museum’s NCM Insurance Agency.

Earlier this year I called up my friend Adam Boca to make some changes to my policy, and they were handled quickly and efficiently as expected. As we all need insurance for our classic and collectible Corvettes, I wanted to write up a quick post about my experience with the NCM Insurance Agency.

Mid America Motorworks' Mike Yager Talks About the Latest Trends in the Corvette Hobby

If you’re wondering whether the latest two generations of Corvettes have saved America’s Sports Car for another generation of owners, just ask a long-time expert who should know firsthand – Mike Yager, chief cheerleader of Mid-America Motorworks.

“The C7 Corvette has turned young people into Corvette people again,” he recently told oldcarsweekly.com. “They may get turned on by the C7, but then they look at their budget and maybe they buy a C6 or a C5 or even a C4.”
