Many Corvette owners have never torn their cars apart, content to drive them just the way they are or pay someone else to do the dirty restoration work.

For those faithful, we offer two time-lapse videos that documents a man singlehandedly taking apart a C3 Corvette roadster with a few wrenches and his bare hands – oh, and a hoist lift to raise the body off the frame and lower it gently to the ground.

[PICS] Criswell's Mike Furman Delivers a 2014 Corvette Stingray Convertible Premiere Edition

When Chevrolet first announced there would be a special Premiere Edition of the Corvette Stingray Coupe back in June 2013, no one was certain whether or not they would also be offering the special limited edition Stingray as a Convertible. But that didn’t stop interested parties from contacting dealers and saying “I want it”. No Corvette Stingray for the Super Bowl MVP This Year

One of the coolest prizes in all of sports is the awarding of a Corvette for being MVP. Over the last few years, Corvettes have been given to Super Bowl MVPs Eli Manning and Joe Flacco, as well as baseball’s Mariano Rivera who won Major League Baseball’s All Star MVP last July.

But sadly, no Corvette will be offered this year to the Super Bowl MVP. Instead, Chevrolet has officially confirmed to us that they will be offering the games most valuable player a new Silverado High Country pick up truck.
