About a week ago we shared a Sibling Rivalry race between a 2020 Corvette Stingray and a Corvette Z06 and the “Dig King” C8 won each time. Well, that didn’t sit well with some you who complained that the C8 Corvette was modded with a custom exhaust from Fabspeed Motorsports and Toyo R888R drag tires while the C7 Corvette Z06 was about as bone-stock as they come.

Happy Monday Corvette fans. We hope your week is off to a flying start.
We spent last weekend at the annual Corvettes at Carlisle show in Pennsylvania. Not even the Coronavirus could stop this event from taking place! It’s been a while since we’ve had a Midyear Monday gallery so there’s no better way to get back in the saddle by showing off all the 1963-1967 Corvettes we spotted while in Carlisle.

Back in the late ’80s, Chevy began working on an experimental V12 version of the Corvette, in response to the upcoming V10 Dodge Viper.
That unique Corvette, known as the Falconer ZR-12, is on display at the National Corvette Museum, and the staff recently took it out on a brief run around the NCM parking lot to stretch the legs of this monster of a C4 Corvette.
We’ve been hearing about the second shift being added to the Corvette Assembly Plant ever since GM CEO Mary Barra’s visit to the facility in April 2019. During her visit, GM announced the addition of 400 new hourly workers for building the C8 Corvette during a second shift.

A joyride in a stolen C7 Corvette Saturday morning quickly turned into a multi-agency pursuit of a Tampa, Fla., man, who now faces multiple charges after finally being apprehended in the Florida Keys.
While the new Corvettes have sparked a lot of interest and excitement within our hobby, we know from experience that there’s still nothing that feels as right as driving a classic Corvette Convertible down a two-lane road on a beautiful morning. And when it comes to classic Corvettes, the iconic 1963 Corvette Sting Ray Convertible offers nearly incomparable style and a pure open-air driving experience.
The Corvette Team couldn’t be at Carlisle this year, so they offered a Virutal Corvette Presentation hosted by Lance Miller of Carlise Events. We touched on this Sunday but wanted to share the entire conversation about the Right Hand Drive C8 Corvettes.
During the Q&A session, the question was asked to Corvette Chief Engineer Tadge Juechter and Corvette Product Manager Harlan Charles if the team has built any pilots of the right hand drive Corvettes for export to Australia and the U.K.
