Boy, it sure is fantastic having car shows back on the calendar once again. If you missed out on this year’s Bloomington Gold event in Indianapolis, you’ve got another shot coming up in about a month and a half. Bloomington Gold Charlotte is ramping up and will take place October 1st and 2nd at the Hendrick Motorsport complex in Charlotte, North Carolina.

With the C8 Corvettes Z06 now free from their heavy black camouflage, digital artists everywhere have begun to create computer renderings of how they believe the final street version will look like.
Apparently, Angelyne, the attention-seeking original celebrity persona, isn’t the only person who likes to drive pink Corvettes.

LE MANS, France (Aug. 18, 2021) – Corvette Racing’s Nick Tandy put the No. 64 Mobil 1/SiriusXM Chevrolet Corvette C8.R into the Hyperpole round of qualifying for the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Tandy set a best lap Wednesday of 3:47.074 (134.216 mph) in the mid-engine Corvette that he is sharing this week with Tommy Milner and Alexander Sims.

We’ve been inundated with the sights and sounds of the 2023 Corvette Z06 at the Nurburgring this week and it’s only Wednesday! But I’m thinking this quick 4-minute video might be the best one we’ve watched yet. Not only do we see both the base and Z06/Z07 models at the infamous Green Hell, but we finally get to watch the cars go around the most famous corner on the 12.9-mile Nordschleife – the Carousel.

Kerbeck Chevrolet in Atlantic City has earned that title for the past 27 years, but the dealership is now known as Ciocca Corvette after the Kerbeck brothers sold out earlier this year to Ciocca, the owner of multiple dealerships in the mid-Atlantic region.

With all the spy pics and videos coming out of Germany as the 2023 Corvette Z06s are testing at the Nurburgring, it was our thinking that the question on whether or not the Z06s would have a center-mounted exhaust was settled as both the base Z06 and the Z06/Z07 models have the configuration in place.
