While most owners are more than happy with the amazing performance of the C8 Corvette that’s capable of an 11.3 second quarter mile at 121 mph straight from the factory, others seek to unlock even faster quarter-mile times with aftermarket upgrades.
It was nearly a year ago that a 2020 Corvette armed with an Extreme Turbo System’s ETS kit broke the 9-second barrier with a run of 9.95 seconds. Now the company has claimed the title of the World’s fastest C8 Corvette with a quarter-mile run of 9.05 seconds at 159 mph!

Here’s a piece of advice I learned a long time ago about selling Corvettes which goes something like this, “The second you decide to sell your Corvette is the moment that you start treating it as someone else’s.”
That’s a polite way of saying don’t do something stupid and causing the sale not to go through.

However, the conversations surrounding the next generation Z06 have been off-the-charts in speculation of whether the car is naturally aspirated or if it will be a twin-turbo based on what users are seeing and hearing as they watch the videos of the test cars on the track. FYI, we are firmly in the Naturally Aspirated camp.
