Rare FiberFab Centurion Kit Car Offered at Auction in Europe
Believe it or not, there was a time when some C1 owners wanted to update their “old” Corvettes to make them more like the outrageous C2 Sting Ray.
An amateur sports car racer named Warren “Bud” Goodwin decided to try and cash in on that line of thinking when he founded Fiberfab in 1964 and offered a Centurion kit car based on the 1959 XP-87 Stingray prototype that had been designed by Pete Brock and went on to capture its first class win in 1959 and an SCCA championship in 1960.

Virginia law enforcement officers are asking the public for help in locating a black 1981 Corvette stolen from a repair shop in Crofton, Virginia early Wednesday morning.
GM Has Issued a Service Bulletin for the LT6 in Regards to Oil Leaking from Front of Engine
Some more growing pains for the 2023 Corvette Z06 came into focus this week after a member of the Corvette Forum detailed a service visit to his local Chevrolet dealer regarding oil leaking from the front his engine. A technical service bulletin issued back at the end of April seems to cover what his problem was, and the good news is that it looks like changing out the gasket seals will fix the problem.
