Here’s the official 2012 Woodward Dream Cruise video from Chevrolet. Gearheads and Corvette enthusiasts alike need to add this event to their bucket list.

Using the infamous Jalopnik C7 renderings, spy photos and a leaked supplier video, Trinity Animation has created an animated video of what the 2014 Chevy Corvette might look like when it is unveiled next year.
This video shows a Corvette C6 Z06 (as well as a yellow C5 caught in the crossfire) having to play catch-up for the most part with a mystery car that some viewers believe to be a Nissan GT-R.
No matter what kind of car it is that was doing the filming, it was just plain irresponsible behavior on the part of both drivers, who should have taken their fun and games to a race track away from other innocent travelers who could have been killed by their shenanigans on I-59 in Houston. Several times, it’s amazing that they were able to avoid collisions with other cars.
One of the largest custom auto shows of the year was recently put on by the Goodguys Rod and Custom Association. The Goodguys PPG Nationals three day extravaganza held July 6th-8th at the Ohio Expo Center in Columbus attracted thousands of cars and over 100,000 enthusiasts.
One of the main attractions of the event is the Goodguys AutoCross competition and we are glad to hear that a Corvette finished 1st in the Street Machine class.
So when is undertaking a 1,360 mile road trip a good thing? How about if there was a classic Corvette waiting for you at the end of the journey?
Edward Ess of Batavia, NY arrived in Rockport, Indiana last week with a car hauler to pick up a 1966 Nassau Blue Corvette convertible valued at $80,000. His name was drawn on July 8th as the winner of the 24 Annual Classic Corvette Giveaway benefiting Saint Bernard Parish and School in Rockport, Indiana.
Many of us have taken the time to go to Bowling Green, Kentucky and see how our beloved Corvettes are lovingly put together at the Assembly Plant there.
Not many of us, however, have ever seen the reverse process and witnessed a 2007 Z06 literally taken apart piece by piece.
But you can witness the slow death of a C6 during this video that surfaced online showing how a C6 Corvette was disassembled at the Cleveland Pick-A-Part center.
Want to support a great cause and maybe win a classic 1966 Corvette? There are a limited number of tickets still available for the 24th Annual Classic Corvette Giveaway benefiting Saint Bernard Parish and School in Rockport Indiana. This year’s raffle car is this 1966 Nassau Blue Corvette convertible valued at $80,000.
That’s no rookie behind the wheel, but even an experienced driver like Kelly Bise has trouble keeping a supercharged Corvette Z06′s power under control.
In this video from High Tech Corvette, Bise gets his Z06 up to an incredible 160 mph in just a half-mile run at the Houston Mile before he lets up.
