Last month at Road Atlanta, Corvette Racing capped off a wildly successful 2013 campaign by adding the Drivers Championship for Magnussen and Garcia and the Michelin Green X Challenge award to the already clinched Manufacturers Championship and the Team Championship. Jan Magnussen was also named the ALMS Most Popular Driver.

Corvette Racing released this video documenting not only the final race of the 2013 season, but the final curtain for the team’s Corvette C6.R race cars.

World’s First 2014 Corvette to run a 10 second 1/4 mile. Redline Motorsports modified C7 Corvette shredded its previous record of 11.02 with a C7 Vette with a stout 10.50 @ 132 mph. This is the first C7 Corvette that we are aware of that has laid down a 10 second quarter mile pass.

1967 L88 Corvette Racer at Pebble Beach

In 1970, Cliff Gottlob and Jack Blatchford drove a 1967 Corvette to Daytona Beach, Fla., where Gottlob and David Dooley teamed up to drive the L88-powered ‘Vette to second place in a 24-hour endurance test.

Now, 43 years later, Blatchford drove the same car onto the lawn of the 18th fairway at the prestigious Concours d’Elegance at Pebble Beach Golf Links.
