Police Recover Stolen 2003 Corvette Z06 after High Speed Pursuit Ends in Crash

The good news is police found a red 2003 Corvette that was stolen in Moses Lake, Washington last Thursday morning.

The bad news is by that time, the alleged thief had crashed the car through a fence and into the back yard of a house in the 8800 block of Hillcrest Drive in Moses Lake.

Wake County Sheriff's Office to Keep its Confiscated Corvette Z06

What Top Gear magazine once called the fastest police car in America apparently will remain the property of the Wake County Sheriff’s Office in Raleigh, N.C., for the foreseeable future.

The sheriff’s office has been using the black 2007 Corvette Z06 for the past five years after seizing it from a drug dealer convicted of felony schedule II possession.

Todelo Plant Ready to Start Production on the 2015 Corvette's 8-Speed Transmission

GM Fires the Corvette Assembly Plant's Longtime UAW President Eldon Renaud

The leader of the UAW chapter that authorized a potential strike at the Bowling Green Corvette Assembly Plant back in April has been fired by General Motors after 46 years as an employee.

Eldon Renaud, president of Bowling Green’s United Auto Workers Local 2164 for the past 32 years, had been leading the union’s recent concerns over safety and other issues at the Kentucky plant, where the highly popular seventh-generation Stingrays are being built.
