The 2014 Corvette Stingray continues to rake in the awards with the new C7 picking up two new honors from automotive publications in the Middle East. The new C7 has won the prestigious 2013 Sports Car of the Year from Sport Auto and Car Bazar and the Muscle Car of the Year from Car and Driver.
Behold the Concept7 which made its debut last week at SEMA. The Concept7 is latest creation from racer Jeff Nowicki and his newly minted Nowicki Autosport Design. The Concept7 takes a stock 2014 Corvette Stingray and mixes in a healthy dose carbon fiber and other mods to create the masterpiece that awaits you after the break.
The third time proved to be the charm for Brian Hobaugh.
Hobaugh had finished third in 2011 and moved up to second in 2012 (losing by just a point) with his 1973 Camaro in the OPTIMA Batteries Ultimate Street Car Invitational before finally pulling out a victory with his family’s 1965 Corvette in the sixth annual event held in Pahrump, Nev., on Saturday.

Well, Chevy has been beaten to the punch by a company named Quanta, which manufactures replacement parts like fuel tanks and radiators.
You either love it or hate it. That’s the consensus we’ve come to as there doesn’t seem to be much in-between when it comes to the Forgiato Widebody C7 Corvette Stingray shown at SEMA last week.
We admit that “Aston Martin Blue” exterior color is a little tough for us to go for too, but those curves are so cool! It’s a car that’s totally at home in the SEMA Dub Show and to see it live is to appreciate the look and the workmanship that went into the build. But I couldn’t imagine this as a daily driver.
