As promised over the weekend at the National Corvette Museum’s Bash, Chevrolet pushed out the 2016 Corvette Order Guide to dealers today and we got our hands on a copy thanks to our friends at Kerbeck Corvette in Atlantic City, NJ. The Order Guide details all the changes and updates for the model year and spells out which options and features are available on the various models and trim packages.

We just completed Day One of our three days at the National Corvette Museum for the annual Bash event. No 2016 Corvettes were on display today and several potential 2016s had the C7.R car cover we first spotted at SEMA last year. So you can imagine our excitement when Bowling Green Plant Manager Jeff Lamarche showed up at the end of the day with a 2016 Corvette Stingray in the new Corvette Racing Yellow.

The National Corvette Museum (NCM), along with the Grand Sport Registry and the ZR-1 Net Registry will be hosting the C4 Gathering on May 14-16. The 2015 Gathering will be celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the LT5-powered ZR-1 setting a number of new world speed records, including averaging 175 mph for 24 hours.

The Gathering is open to everyone interested in fourth generation Corvettes built between 1984 and 1996. Activities will include seminars, a special guided plant/museum tour, and a NCM Motorsports Park track day, in addition to information specific to the C4 Corvette.

The 2015 National Corvette Museum Bash is April 23rd-25th

The National Corvette Museum’s 2015 show season kicks off this week with their annual Bash. Attendees at the Bash will get a first look at the 2016 Corvette Stingray and Z06, attend any number of interesting seminars as well as participate in one of several road tours and other miscellaneous activities.

In addition to getting up close and personal with the 2016 Corvettes, attendees can hear all the dirty details of the next model year straight from members of GM’s engineering team who will be on hand to answer any of your questions.

[VIDEO] A New Concrete Slab Covers Half of the Corvette Museum's SkyDome

The restoration of the National Corvette Museum’s SkyDome that was damaged last year when a sinkhole opened up inside has reached another milestone this week.

Yesterday, construction workers poured over 200 cubic yards of concrete onto the floor and then spent the rest of the day finishing that part of the project.

National Corvette Museum is a Victim of Hostage Hoax Call

If it was an April Fool’s Day joke, it was a day early – and not very funny, either.

A caller told Bowling Green Police on Tuesday, March 31 that he was holding five hostages at the National Corvette Museum, had stabbed one of them already, and demanded $50,000 in cash or he would kill everyone in the museum.
