[VIDEO] Brushing a 2014 Corvette Stingray Model – ASMR

by Keith Cornett on October 31, 2013

Via CorvetteVideos.TV

Tonight I found a whole new genre of videos tagged with “ASMR” which is short for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. According to Wikipedia these videos are designed to “trigger a perceptual phenomenon characterized as a distinct, pleasurable tingling sensation in the head, scalp, back, or peripheral regions of the body in response to visual, auditory, olfactory, and/or cognitive stimuli”.

Here’s the Corvette video that was tagged ASMR – Nearly 10 minutes of a guy brushing a model C7 while you hear night noises in the background. I will say that it very relaxing to watch so there may be something to this.

Relax with a bit of brushing as I show my new 1/18 scale diecast model from Maisto, the 2014 Corvette C7. I really like the styling of this car, all the lines and everything look really cool. I also found it in a great dark red paint. Hope you don’t mind the noise outside, the critters were definitely singing and I needed to keep the back door open.

Now, 43 years later, Blatchford drove the same car onto the lawn of the 18th fairway at the prestigious Concours d’Elegance at Pebble Beach Golf Links.

[POLL] How Do You Wash Your Corvette?

Someone once said there are two kinds of Corvette owners – drivers and polishers. How do you wash your Corvette?

American cars of the 1950s and ’60s aren’t popular just in the United States.

For example, wealthy collectors in China love the unique style and charisma of muscle cars like a 1964 Corvette Sting Ray that left this week on an 1,100-mile journey that began at the Great Wall near Beijing and will end Friday in Shanghai.

Chevette Girl Finally Gets Her Corvette

Chevette Girl Finally Gets Her Corvette

When I was younger, I dated a girl who took great pride in telling everyone she had a ‘Vette.

Then she would mumble under her breath that it actually was a “Che-vette.”

Wendy Griffith of Sugar Land, Texas can relate.
