Registration Open for Bloomington Gold Charlotte

If you missed your chance for a Bloomington Gold Certificate last month in Indianapolis, then you’re in luck. Registration for Bloomington Gold’s Charlotte event is now open. The event takes place October 12th & 13th in Concord, NC at the Hendrick Motorsports Complex.

Entering its third year, Bloomington Gold Charlotte will contain all the same great events that the granddaddy of Corvette shows is known for. Certification will encompass all years of Corvette (if each respective class gets 4 entrants), the Gold Collection will feature 1968–1972 C3 Corvettes, and the Gold School will be dropping knowledge bombs all weekend. Gold Members will have their usual lounge area as well. All this will take place alongside the Queen City Corvette Club’s 7th Annual Corvette Show.

Here’s a look at Bloomington Gold Charlotte’s schedule of events:

Friday, October 12th:

  • 10:00 AM Owner Check-In & Corvette Parking Begins
  • 12:00 PM Stamp Pad and Trim Tags Judging / Operations Judging
  • 12:00 PM Survivor Judging

Saturday, October 13th:

  • 7:45 AM Owner Meeting
  • 8:00 AM Certification Judging
  • 2:30 PM Awards Ceremony

The Bloomington team has also announced that anyone registering for Certification will be considered a VIP for the weekend and received all the associated perks. Click here to register or contact Beth Brucker for more information at [email protected] or 309-888-2588.

  1. I don’t know if this is the correct venue for asking a problem question but here I go. I have a 2008 coup with the two roofs but the see though one makes noise when I encounter bumps in the road. It is worse when it is not warmed up. I have treated the rubber gaskets surrounding the top. Is there anything else I can do?
