[VIDEO] Lingenfelter Performance Engineering Takes Delivery and Dynos the New 2019 Corvette ZR1

Here’s another happy new ZR1 heading to its new home. This one, though, is off to our friends at Lingenfelter Performance Engineering. They recently took delivery of their new hot rod from Stratton Chevrolet in Beloit, Ohio. Naturally, Lingenfelter’s ZR1 is outfitted with the top-dog ZTK package featuring the giant rear wing, carbon fiber aero bits all around, and GM’s best performance parts.

Now we all know what Lingenfelter does which also means we know that the 755hp LT5 won’t remain stock for long. Since you can’t measure improvement without first knowing where you currently stand, it just makes sense that this ZR1’s first stop is the chassis dyno.

In the video below, we get a short walk around of the C7 including some great startup and idle audio. After that the car heads out into the snow and into a trailer bound for LPE’s Wixom, Michigan facility for some baseline dyno runs. From there it’s nothing but glorious ZR1 noises as the brand new Corvette tackles the chassis dyno.

Final results? This ZR1 tore up the dyno to the tune of 663 rear-wheel horsepower and 614lb-ft of torque. We can’t wait to see how much more power Lingenfelter can pull out of the new LT5.
