Last week at the SEMA show, GM announced that select C7 Corvette owners could have new calibrations for Magnetic Ride Control installed by dealer technicians for the cost of $350. The new calibrations represent additional refinement to the Magnetic Ride suspension and can unlock additional performance in Track mode as recorded by a 1.0-second improvement in time around Milford Proving Grounds.

Chevrolet has announced the first calibrations to be offered include:
- 2014-16 Stingray with Z51 features new calibrations in Tour and Sport modes.
- 2016 Stingray (non-Z51) features new calibrations in Tour, Sport and Track modes.
- 2015-16 Z06 (non-Z07) features new calibrations in Tour, Sport and Track modes.
- 2015-16 Z06 with Z07 Performance Package features new calibrations in Tour, Sport and Track modes.

Will C7’s still to be built automatically get this new calibration when they are built? My 2018 GS will be built 3rd week of December.
I want the same question answered.
Goody, I will purchase this upgrade for the track. However, instead of improving suspension for the track, maybe the engineers could work on fixing the overheating problem for the Z06.
GM should get their priorities straight and take care of what can at times be a $100K car. And up here in Canada it runs a lot higher than that for a ZR1
Software updates could be done at oil changes and the customer informed that their car has been upgraded.
Same with the GPS. Mine would not recognize a city that has been around for 300 years but it would accept verbal input.
What’s up GM. These are not hard parts but software improvements

That’s a good question. I’ll bet that update is in the 2017 models.
It is curious at the silence about the 2017s. Do they? Don’t they?
My theory is that if they did they would have stated so. It would be in their interest to reveal and avoid these questions and doubts.
Maybe a later release? I hope so.
