IMSA shared this video of the Corvette Racing’s No.4 Corvette C7.R pit crew practicing a full service stop complete with a driver change at Long Beach. As The Bubba Burger Sports Car Grand Prix of Long Beach is a 100-minute street fight, the race could be won or loss during the execution of the lone pit stop.
Here’s the best in the business:
Long Beach is almost always one of the great races on the schedule due to the major change of focus from endurance racing to a sprint race. Corvette Racing has had some great moments here as well as its share of heartbreak and disappointment. But that’s racing and this is Long Beach where anything can happen.
Green flag drops on 1:00 pm PT (4:00 pm ET) and the race will shown on the FOX Network.
