[PICS] Caravaggio Shows Off Their Latest Custom 2016 Corvette Z06

John Caravaggio and his passion for creating luxurious accessories for Corvettes is well known as owners and enthusiasts have long turned to the Canadian shop for handcrafted leather seats, steering wheels and other interior items. But lately, we’ve seen Caravaggio updating the Corvette’s exteriors to make the outside of the car look just as good as his custom interiors.

Caravaggio previously featured a 2016 Corvette Z06 Convertible done in the style of a European touring drop-top with an off-white hues and a custom brown interior. Now they are showing their take on another Corvette Z06 customized and enhanced both inside and out.

We’ll start with the interior as that’s what John Caravaggio is known for.

This 2016 Corvette Z06 has been transformed into a luxurious handcrafted work of art with a custom blue and white interior. John’s Sebring race seats are finished with a blue carbon fiber shell while the seating surfaces are done in a two tone Blue and White design with white stitching. Carbon fiber accents have been added throughout the dash, steering wheel and door panels and alcantara carpet is used throughout the cabin.

On the outside of the car, a custom blue carbon fiber Aero Kit in “Blu America” is added which plays off the interiors carbon accents. The Corvette Z06 features aluminum 20-inch wheels in the front and 21-inch wheels in the back while the hood bulge has a matching blue stinger graphic.

Under the hood, this Corvette Z06 has undergone some minor work with a new underdrive pulley that increases the speed of the supercharger by 15%. A cold air intake and a set of stainless steel long tube headers were also added. Combined, the new parts along with a proprietary engine management tune have boosted performance from the factory Z06’s 650 horses to 730 HP and 730 lb-ft of torque.
