Win a 2016 Corvette Stingray at Corvettes at Carlisle

For the first time ever, enthusiasts attending Corvettes at Carlisle this summer will have the chance to win their very own 2016 Stingray!

The brand new Corvette coupe will be raffled off, with just 1,000 tickets being sold at the very reasonable price of $100 each.

Even better, proceeds will help the Chip Miller Amyloidosis Foundation and Clare House.

“The Chip Miller Amyloidosis Foundation has been researching the concept of a Corvette raffle for a long time,” says Lance Miller, co-owner of Carlisle Events and event manager for Corvettes at Carlisle. “When the Lancaster County Corvette Club came to us about doing a Corvette raffle we jumped at the opportunity.”

According to Miller, the LCCC has been a supporter of the Amyloidosis Foundation since it began.

“Every member of their club is excited about this fun and unique opportunity being offered in 2016,” Miller says. “The lucky winner will be riding in style when they win an amazing new C7 Corvette. Registering is simple too as each person who signs up will also help raise awareness and funds benefiting a near and dear cause. As my father would often say, LIFE IS GOOD!”

Other big news from Corvettes at Carlisle is that it’s growing to a fourth day of activities for the first time, set from Aug. 25-28 in the Pennsylvania town of Carlisle.

Your first chance to buy tickets for the Corvette giveaway is this week, April 20-24 at Spring Carlisle. You can also buy tickets during the Carlisle GM Nationals set for June 17-19, and the remaining tickets will be sold at Corvettes at Carlisle ahead of a 7 p.m. drawing on Saturday, Aug. 27.

Interestingly the winner will be the person whose ticket mirrors the Pennsylvania Lottery’s Pick 3 daily drawing on Aug. 27, meaning that the winning number will be somewhere from 000 to 999. The winner will be announced on the grounds and in downtown Carlisle as part of the Corvette Parade and Street Party.

Other activities during Corvettes at Carlisle will be a special display of 50-year-old 1966 Corvettes; Chip’s Choice, which will spotlight Greenwood and Guldstrand Corvettes; onsite seminars and parts installations; a massive midway; industry guests; and more.

One-day admission is just $15, and you can pick up a weekend pass for $35. Kids 12 and under get in free.
