[VIDEO] Ron Fellows and a Corvette Z06 #DayItForward

With 2016 being a Leap Year, Chevrolet called for people to #DayItForward. Essentially, what that means is that we all had an extra 24 hours this year with February 29th on the calendar, so why not do something nice for somebody?

One of Chevrolet’s inspirational videos featuring the #DayItForward theme is called “A Day at the Track”. Corvette Racing’s Ron Fellows teamed up with a deserving individual named Mike McHale at the Homestead-Miami Speedway in South Florida for some hot laps in an Arctic White Corvette Z06.

Mike McHale’s longtime friend Gordon Warren nominated Mike for the special day:

I worked with Mike many years ago and he had a profound impression on me, teaching me about leadership and managaging people. He’s gone through a lot himself. He’s had a couple of bouts of cancer. He’s always been a very humble family man. Mike McHale – this is your day!”
