[GALLERY] Midyear Monday! (31 Corvette photos)

Over the weekend we attended one of our favorite Florida shows, the NCRS Winter Regional at Lakeland’s Sun ‘N Fun. We’ll be doing a recap of the show with many photos, but since today is Monday and I have a camera card full of Midyears, we’re going to do a special NCRS Winter Regional Edition for our Midyear Monday photo gallery.

Many of the Corvettes you see here (especially those inside the airplane hanger) are the cream of the crop in terms of condition and originality. Those cars inside the hanger are there for Flight judging with the best cars receiving a Top Flight certificate. The rest were captured from the Corvette only parking lot as well as those for sale in the Corvette corral.

What’s your favorite Corvette in this week’s gallery? Let us know and be sure to share this page on Twitter and Facebook.

  1. I love the Goodwood Green coupe and Sunfire Yellow convertible. In my opinion, simpler is better in a Mid year. Delete the side pipes but always keep the knock offs. Two very classy C2’s!

  2. That was my era, I owned a ’65 396 convert with sidepipes and hubcaps. It appears there are more sidepipes and knockoffs created for today’s resale market than were ever optioned on cars of the day. Knockoffs were very expensive and rare sights, the pipes not so expensive and more common, but it gives you an appreciation for the term “knock-off”.
