In the charming Mexican village of San José Iturbide which is located North of Mexico City, the driver of a speeding Corvette lost control and crashed into a tree head on. The Spanish headline translated to “Destroy Corvette” and that is certainly the end result.
The Black C5 Corvette was traveling at a high rate speed on a street with a tree-lined center median. The Corvette practically disintegrated with parts scattered all over the road.
Two male occupants in the car, ages 23 and 19, were transported to the local hospital where their condition is currently unknown.
Police are investing the accident.
