[VIDEO] Corvette Stingray Built By Cordes performance Racing Shows 635 HP on the Dyno

If the 460 horsepower of the standard Corvette Stingray isn’t enough for you, then check out this latest upgrade from a private tuner.

Cordes Performance Racing of Mesa, Ariz., says its improvements to the C7 Stingray are designed around drivability, not just upping the horsepower figures to look more impressive.

Nevertheless, if you opt for one of Cordes’ packages, you’ll see your Z51 Stingray become capable of a whopping 635 horsepower and 537 lb-ft of torque, up considerably over the factory figures of 460 horsepower and 465 lb-ft of torque and nearly into Z06 territory, as well.

Cordes does its magic to the Stingray with an ECS (East Coast Supercharging) kit, new headers, and a methanol injection system.

Cordes is a family run company and proudly says they have “an extreme passion for what we do.”

By the way, they don’t just stick with C7 Corvettes. They also can add some “oomph” to C5 and C6 Corvettes, as well as Chevrolet Camaros, Cadillac CTS-Vs, Dodge Vipers, Ford Mustangs, pickups, and more.

Watch this video to see just how more special this Corvette Stingray has become, thanks to the efforts of Cordes Performance Racing.
