Official Race Car Corvette Crashes in Ohio

This Corvette was once labeled “Official Race Car” on the side.

Now it’s just a crumpled mass of almost unidentifiable parts after a one-car crash in the 200 block of Corwin Road in Warren County, Ohio about 7:30 p.m. on the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving.

The 68-year-old driver rolled the Corvette and was briefly trapped inside before being extricated by emergency workers, the Ohio State Highway Patrol said.

We know that he was flown to Miami Valley Hospital for treatment but don’t know his condition.

Let’s hope this Corvette driver is not badly hurt as he and the rest of America celebrate Thanksgiving today.

The Ohio Highway Patrol is still investigating the crash, and no other details have been released.
