Heading to the National Corvette Museum's C5/C6 Bash

This morning we are traveling to the National Corvette Museum’s C5/C6 Bash in Bowling Green. This year’s agenda which includes the 2011 model year introduction on Friday, will also feature legendary racing icon John Fitch who will be reunited with the 24 Hours of Le Mans class-winning Briggs Cunningham 1960 Corvette racer.

If you want to join us this weekend action, stay tuned here on CorvetteBlogger.com or make sure you check out our Twitter feed which is also viewable at the bottom of this page.

  1. I would like to know when the Cunningham corvette will be produced for sale? We live here in Ky and would like to visit the plant in Bowling Green. Waiting your reply. Thanking you in advance.

  2. Briggs:

Thanks for your comment. The very first 2011 Corvette is a Z06 tribute to the 1960 Briggs Cunningham 24 Hours of Le Mans class winner. They have only built one and that will be sold by the National Corvette Museum as a fundraiser. We’ll have more up on this Corvette shortly.

    Keith
