In keeping with our “glass is half full” optimism regarding monthly Corvette sales, we are happy to report that the March 2009 sales report released by GM yesterday shows the third straight month of growth for 2009 in new Corvette deliveries. In March 2009, 1,183 Corvettes were sold which was a 15% increase over February’s 1,027 deliveries and was 41% higher than the 842 Corvettes sold in January 2009.

GM also continues to make a dent in the remaining 2008 stock as well. In our Corvette Stock Report, you will see the quantity of available 2008 Corvettes has dropped by 521 units over the last month. And with the factory staggering 2-week idle periods over the next three months and new incentives being offered now on 2009 Corvettes, we hope to see additional constriction of available 2009 inventories as well.
